Brand & Marketing Communications Manager

Role Overview
As the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you will be the custodian of Empor’s brand voice, driving storytelling across all customer and talent touchpoints. You’ll lead strategic messaging, content, and visual alignment across Empor’s offerings and campaigns — while also building our internal brand as a Great Place to Work. This role demands a balance of strategy, creativity, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role may require you to work across other sister brands – The Guild & SME Futures.
Key Responsibilities
External Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Own and evolve Empor’s brand positioning, voice, and messaging architecture
- Create powerful sales presentations, creds decks, event pitch decks, and case studies
- Craft messaging for campaigns, website, emailers, brochures, and social media
- Collaborate with business, creative, and digital teams to drive demand-gen messaging
- Work closely with leadership to elevate Empor’s industry presence via thought leadership, partnerships, and content-led visibility
Content & Communication
- Write and manage content across channels: LinkedIn, emailers, blogs, internal comms
- Oversee video scripts, campaign messaging, landing pages, and ad copy
- Maintain brand tone and visual coherence across all materials and verticals
Internal Communications & Employer Branding
- Own internal branding initiatives — culture campaigns, newsletters, team recognitions
- Create engaging content for internal events, GPTW stories, team onboarding decks, etc.
- Partner with HR to make Empor a visible and aspirational workplace for future talent
Execution & Project Management
- Work with designers and video editors to bring stories to life (you write the brief and direct output)
- Maintain a content calendar, asset library, and brand guidelines
- Track campaign performance and engagement with basic analytics/reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years in brand communications, B2B marketing, or content strategy
Strategic thinker with storytelling instincts and creative flair
Can independently manage projects end-to-end with tight timelines
Copywriting, narrative building, deck creation (PPT), brand tone maintenance
Works well with Management, sales, creative and HR teams
Agency, startup, or in-house marketing role in B2B/SaaS/tech preferred
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in a B2B marketing agency or CXO community-driven brand
- Built employer branding or internal communications programs before
- Hands-on experience with design tools, MS Teams, Canva, Salesforce, or LinkedIn campaigns
